Roles & Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing environment that fosters emotional and social development, ensuring each child feels valued and secure.
- Implement age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate curiosity and promote cognitive growth, tailored to individual learning styles.
- Maintain a structured daily routine that includes playtime, meals, and rest, helping children develop a sense of stability and security.
- Monitor and document each child's progress and milestones, providing regular feedback to parents and adapting strategies to meet their needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare, providing a solid foundation in child development principles.
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years, demonstrating a practical understanding of developmental milestones.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR, ensuring the ability to respond effectively in emergencies and promote child safety.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursery or similar childcare setting, showcasing proven expertise in managing young children.
