Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and social needs, ensuring tailored therapy plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that enhance clients' ability to perform daily activities and improve quality of life.
- Utilize specialized therapeutic techniques and tools, such as adaptive equipment, to facilitate clients' rehabilitation and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and social workers, to create cohesive care strategies for clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
- Valid state licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in various settings, showcasing versatility and adaptability in practice.
- Experience working with specific populations (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, mental health) to cater to diverse client needs.
