Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external APIs.
  • Analyze user needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Odoo framework.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo modules and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Odoo customizations and integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize Odoo performance and scalability for enterprise-level deployments.
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and community best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with Odoo framework.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP concepts.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
