Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Coordinate projects deliverable.
• Manages staff schedules.
• Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
• Manage and track small office budgets.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as an office administrator , office assistant or relevant role.
• Highly organized and flexible.

• HR Knowledge and Experience is a Plus.
