Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documentation, filing, logistics coordination, and providing overall support to management and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely support.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping of important company data (both physical and digital).
  • Coordinate logistics, including courier services, shipments, and vendor management.
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes of meetings.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with queries.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
