Our Trading Company has established itself as an industry leader for the past 19 years and we are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Representative cum Office Admin Specialist.
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems of our customer with accuracy and efficiency. A good Customer Service Representative should also be proficient with MS Office Applications and General Office Administration.
Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve resolution and satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Work with appropriate team to handle customer complaints and provide applicable solutions within the time limits
• Follow up to ensure end-to-end resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
• Bachelor s Degree
• Strong command of the English language
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
