Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrative Staff in UAE.
Job Details:

Coordinating all departmental reporting requirements.

Identifying, gathering, and analyzing data for departmental initiatives.

Supporting the program director in managing the budget.

Coordinating faculty searches and visitors; and hiring part time employees.

Maintaining all personnel files.

Coordinating materials for merit.
Job Requirements:

Experience with MS Office and data programs.
Graduate holder.

Familiarity with administrative duties.
Minimum one year experience in the same field.
