Job Description
In Charge of general duties related to administration
Provide administration support as directed by Operations to ensure accurate records are completed, maintained and stored in line with required procedures/standards.
Organizing documents, business cards, files, archiving, admin and secretarial tasks.
Deal everything related to PR activities.
Deal with invoices and expense reports
Schedule appointments and manage calendar s.
Skills
Ability to work as an active team member
Customer oriented and passion for taking care of customers
Strong persuasive skills
Neat appearance and presentable manners
Ability to handle stressful conditions
Excellent command of Arabic and English; ability to converse in other foreign languages is a plus
Exceptionally smart, professional individual with a mature attitude
