Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to manage day-to-day office paperwork and support our operations team. The ideal candidate should be good with data handling, billing, and coordination work.
Key Responsibilities: Handle all office paperwork, filing, and documentation. Prepare and maintain billing records and invoices. Manage inventory of raw materials and update stock registers. Coordinate order acceptance, dispatch, and pending orders. Maintain accurate daily data entries and update reports. Assist in preparing reports and submit updates to the Manager. Coordinate with other departments and vendors when required.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Sheets. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in office administration / billing / inventory handling preferred. Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass (as suitable).
Salary: Based on experience (1500-1800 AED) Working Hours: [Specify timing]
