Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing either manually or through computers as per the direction of the line manager.
- End to End support for Events assigned by the line manager / key stake holders.
- Ensure correspondences are routed to the intended recipients.
- Perform activities such as type, sort, distribute, compile documents to meet its requirements.
- Disseminating details through phone, fax and e-mail to the intended source.
- Organizing files in the desired fashion as per the predetermined standard.
- Assist office personnel in wide variety of workplace responsibilities.
- Collecting and distributing couriers and packages among workers.
- Serve hot and cold drinks to the intended customers defined.
- Inter Department co-ordination as per the directive of the line manager for effective and smooth Functioning of the Organisation
- Adapt to work activities within the related scope and flexibility to enhance effective
