Office Assistant
Job Location : Dubai
Office Timings are From Sunday to Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00pm or 10:00 to 07:00pm, Saturday 09:00 am to 6:00 pm or 10:00 am to 07:00 pm.
Good salary and benefits will be offered
Roles and Responsibilities :
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.
Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
Make sure the business center premise is clean.
Training new employee regarding the office clerical duties, when needed.
Assist the Event Manager, when needed.
Understand the company s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company s performance.
Helping the tenants/clients with their requests.
Ordering, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
Dress in complete company uniform during working hours.
Ensure the availability of cold drinking water.
Make sure the printer has been filled with A4 paper.
Carry out any other duties as directed by the Office Manager.
Requirements :
Should have 2 years experience as Office Assistant
Should be available in UAE
Can join immediately.
