Job Description

Responsible for movement of documents, handling, files and general office support activities as appropriate.

- Responsible for Movement and Filing of the documents among the departments.
- To maintain general cleanliness of the department
- To handover the pending cash bills/credit bills to credit patients and getting acknowledgement.
- To Make photocopies of reports and correspondence
- To answer staff/patient queries, routing them to proper individuals and taking messages when appropriate
-To coordinate the maintenance and repair of the office equipment.
- To obtain signatures from Managers/any other respective officials for the discounted/free/pending cash bills.
- Works evenings, nights, week-ends and holidays according to the schedule compiled by the head of department.
- Strictly adheres to organization’s regulations and policies especially those related to infection control, patient safety, EHSMS, HAAD, JCI and ISO.
- Supports Continuous Quality Improvement and participates and contributes to all the quality assurance activities of the service.
- Exercises effective interpersonal skills in dealings with department staff, associates and Management.
- Maintains confidentiality as per the agreement signed.
- Demonstrates the ability to listen to others in promoting effective communication.
- Develops thorough understanding of policies and procedures of the hospital and demonstrates respect for them.
- Carries out other duties when requested by the Head of department.
- Comply with all OSH and infection control policies, standards and procedures and cooperate with hospital management to comply those requirements
- Work accordance with the documented OSH procedures and instructions, specific responsibilities
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
-Notifying OSH Hazards, incidents, Near misses and issues and assistance with the preparation of risk assessments, incident reports
-Comply with Waste management procedures and policies
- Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills and awareness programs
-Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems

Desired Candidate Profile


Qualification : Intermediate (10+2)
Experience : Fresher/ 0-2 years of experience in back office
Skill set : Active and good inter personal skills, Organizational Skills.
Able to speak English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
