Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the office, including workstations, pantry, and common areas. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry items, and stationery. Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and prepared before meetings. Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines in the office. Help the production department in packing the items.
