Job Location : Qatar
Role & Responsibilities :
Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation.
Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures.
Answering telephones, typing or word processing, stenography, office machine operation, and filing.
Take photocopies of documents.
Keeping files of all official documents, i.e., faxes, inter office memos, letters, and other correspondence.
Receiving, sorting and arranging for distribution all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
