Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely drive company staff to and from offices, meetings, and other designated locations.
  • Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items as required.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, roadworthy, and maintained regularly.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks (oil, water, fuel, brakes, tires, etc.).
  • Adhere to traffic laws and company driving policies.
  • Assist with office-related tasks such as collecting supplies or running errands when required.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
  • Report any accidents, damages, or vehicle issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience (company driver/office driver experience preferred).
  • Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Neat appearance and courteous behavior.
  • Flexible to work outside normal office hours if required.
