Manage vendor relations.
Handle office maintenance and manage relationships with service providers.
Maintain office policies and procedures.
 Manage and maintain the Company diary and email account. Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print  attachments.
Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a    daily folder with diary, necessary papers etc.
Support the purchase team to efficient manage the procurement and inventory
Job Requirements:
Good communication Skills.
Management Skills.
Minimum 14 years experience is required.
Degree/Diploma Holder.
