We are seeking to hire Office Manager for an group of business where we operate extensively.

-Manage the CEO's schedule and efficient updating of his calendar.
-Collect and organize the Finance weekly report and Integrated Monthly Report for the management
meetings and follow up on the action points.
-Assist in reviewing and revising the policies and procedures
-Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet the finance
division requirements and policies
-Prepare and edit presentations and other documents
-Oversee and undertake special projects as agreed with the CEO which includes coordinating and procuring inputs from others as required
-Manage the interface between the CEO’s office and other government and private entities and service providers by providing information and handling issues as far as possible and exercising appropriate judgment on matters which need to be escalated.
-Write and edit minutes, correspondences and internal memos including executive correspondence for the CFO
-Answer and screen calls, handle requests for information and prioritize all incoming requests; receive and distribute mail/facsimile and prepare of outgoing mail
-Manage and maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flow throughout the division by supervising and providing direction to other support staff including leadership and guidance.
-Develop and monitor the weekly and monthly group president reports.
-Develop a document control system
-Coordinate with divisions heads on developing KPIs
-Responsible for maintaining/updating and compiling all heads of divisions’ activities reports, both weekly and monthly
-Attend board of directors meeting, taking minutes and drafting resolutions.
