-Manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
-Manage accounts receivable/ payable and reconcile accounts.
-Manage company finances. prepare quarterly business activity statements.
-Process monthly payroll.
-Design company forms including payroll advice and personal leave forms.
-Manage the induction of new employees.
-Assist with recruitment : write job ads, call applicants, interview candidates.
-Good research skills and attention to detail.
-Assist team if needed.
-At least 2 years experience.
