Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement office procedures and systems to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
Monitor office supply inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships to maintain cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Support senior management with calendar management, travel arrangements, and confidential documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the office environment.
Prepare and manage office budgets, track expenses, and generate financial reports as needed.
Lead or support office-related projects, such as relocations, renovations, or technology upgrades.
Foster a positive and collaborative office culture aligned with company values and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
Proven ability to manage and lead administrative teams in a fast-paced office environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and office management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
Experience managing budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
