Our client is a German manufacturer and wholesaler of tyres within the Middle East and further countries. The company has an innovative product manufacturing approach and is well established in Europe. The family-owned company is seeking to expand its market reach within the Middle East and therefore establishes a new office in Dubai.
The Office Manager will be the first person in place and responsible to manage administrative tasks, implement structures with local logistic partners and develop business pro-actively.

Job description
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Manage daily administrative tasks
• Coordinate communication between local logistic partners and the offices in Europe
• Development of new markets and acquisition of new customers and distribution channels
• Target possible customers pro-actively
• Analyze markets in terms of sales and earnings potential
• Manage customer satisfaction at the highest level
• Translate the company strategy and ensure that company values are maintained
• Report to the Managing Director in Germany
Candidate profile
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
• Degree in Business Administration or similar
• At least five years of office management experience in GCC
• Fluent English language skills, German would be advantageous
• Excellent networking skills
• Intercultural sensitivity
• Good technical understanding
• Hands-on personality with a positive working attitude
• Independent, reliable and trustworthy character
