Description: A reputed Recruitment company in Deira, Dubai urgently requires a Female Filipino / Indian Office Receptionist who has good English skills with the operational knowledge of MS Office/ Printers/photocopier etc. The duties and responsibilities are including but not limited to is as mentioned below. Please walk-in with your updates Resume with photo only if you are willing to do the mentioned tasks.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Serving the Guest and staff with the beverages/snacks.
Keeping the reception area tidy.
Preparing emails, proposals, agreements etc
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Visit Visa/ Husband Visa holders are preferred.
