Roles & Responsibilities

The Office Secretary and Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing communications, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting in the coordination of office activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including filing systems, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and office inventories.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
  • Support management and other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Receive and greet visitors; manage front-desk responsibilities as required.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well supplied.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
