Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage Digital banking initiatives, understand business requirements using user stories, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis.

Developing a clear guideline that safeguards the quality of the digital products, and also fosters a quality culture, in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in both production and the finished product.

Provide analysis of the inputs from stakeholders, end-users, and other project participants.

Revise user stories, such as requirement generation, out of scope stories, missing stories, etc.

Consult on features with the developers.

Build automated test cases, regression testing and acceptance criteria.

Consult on sprint development, duration, requirement development, especially in team events.

Ensure that functionality features do not impact other features in a negative way.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. The job holder required to draft Use cases and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

Interacts with billers for activities of biller tie ups, contracts etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Work experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of hands on experience working in a bank and specifically Digital banking space.
  • Experience in operational processes of Digital Banking department.
  • Experience in creation of user stories, such as requirement generation, out of scope stories, missing stories, etc.
  • Ability to review business goals and objectives and work on the business case on basis of financial modeling.
  • Well-rounded knowledge in new product setup with Digital Banking domain
  • A good understanding of Digital Banking channels and integrations involved
  • Ability to work with IT personnel to understand business requirements documents and IT documents
  • Ability to review IT development documents and provide comments and guidance as per business requirements
  • Fair knowledge in project management methodology
  • Desirable but not mandatory to have product knowledge such as TSYS Prime, ACI Postilion, FIS Cortex, CCAvenue Payment gateway
