JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
Deliver excellence in sales performance and promote for products and services in high
standards and professionalism and in compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Conduct calls on daily basis, to acquire clients; visit them and cross sell bank products and services.
3. Maintain and develop relationship with customers and partners to meet the sales deliverables.
4. Sign Clients with ensure completing the manual forms including Account opening, Credit card
applications and PF deals within the set timeline and submit the same to the concerned department.
5. Attend promotional kiosks and special events booths to promote bank products in public areas
including Ministries, shopping malls, universities and schools.
6. Communicate sales opportunities, information or feedback gathered through field visits with the team
leaders and log potential prospects on LMS "Lead Management System".
7. Resolve clients' issues by offering alternative solutions and ensure effective follow-ups.
8. Track and follow up on leads and referrals received from alternative channels.
9. Conduct simple market research and recommend promising locations generate future business.
10. Provide periodic reports of visits, achievements, problems, customers' feedback and any other tips
that help the team to achieve desired goals.
11. Perform a variety of tasks within the general scope of the job and others that may be assigned by the
management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
2. 0 - 3 years of related experience in Retail Banking / Call centers
