Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for Operations categories, driving cost savings and value creation through innovative procurement strategies.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks and maximizing supplier performance.
  • Develop and implement category management strategies, including market analysis, supplier segmentation, and performance monitoring to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Legal) to understand requirements, define specifications, and ensure alignment on procurement strategies.
  • Manage supplier relationships, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering collaborative partnerships to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experienced procurement professional to support strategic sourcing activities within the operations category for aviation/airport projects.
  • managing end-to-end procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with organizational policies
  • 5 years of experience in Facilities Management / Construction procurement
  • Strong knowledge of tendering, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
