Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Offset Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of offset printing machines and the ability to handle the full printing process independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage offset printing machines (Heidelberg).
  • Set up plates, adjust ink flow, color matching, and troubleshoot printing issues.
  • Ensure high-quality print output and maintain production standards.
  • Monitor machine performance and perform routine maintenance.
  • Manage daily production schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Follow safety standards and maintain cleanliness of the machine area.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on experience in offset printing.
  • Knowledge of machine setup, calibration, and color correction.
  • Ability to detect print defects and take corrective actions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
