Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Social Media & Customer Support Assistant Job Responsibilities: • Schedule and manage social media posts • Reply to customer messages and inquiries • Take and manage orders through Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Shopify • Message customers when orders are prepared and sent out for delivery • Learn and use Shopify, including: • Adding and managing orders • Creating discounts and sending discount codes • Adding and updating stock • Learn and use other platforms such as 3bayti, including: • Adding products • Managing stock • Processing and following up on orders • Send payment links and discount codes to customers • Provide good customer service at all times • Be available and responsive to customers • Learn fabric types and fabric colors • Advise customers on colors, styles, and options
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: • Able to speak English and Arabic, or at least understand • Strong communication skills • Experience with customer service or social media is a plus • Willingness to learn new systems and tools • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
