This post reports hierarchically to the Construction Manager.
• Develop the main project schedule based on the contractual obligations; produce the related analysis report (critical path, float analysis, S-curves, resources curves, cash curve)
• Integrate engineering, procurement (suppliers, subcontractors), supply chain, installation, Test & Commissionning schedules into the main project schedule
• Develop the detailed schedule, according to the Project Industrial Organization, and to the various reporting matrix
• Analyse and manage the interfaces between TSY entities, with partners (civil and track), with client, and with stakeholders
• Produce regular progress reports and updated schedules; analyse the gap between baseline and actual and propose recovery strategies
• Participate to TSY schedule coordination meetings; participate to FAST schedule meetings
• Liaise with purchasing to include the planning activity constraints into Purchase Orders
• Provide support to Project Manager and Contract manager on project schedule matters
Candidate Requirements
Educational Requirements
University Degree and relevant industry experience.
