Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all nursing activities within the Outpatient Department (OPD), ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of OPD nursing staff, providing mentorship and identifying training needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Possesses a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical nursing setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of outpatient nursing practices, procedures, and protocols.
