Working with management to support the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process for new employees.
Administering all employee benefit plans; processing benefit-related bills, enrollments, and changes.
Assisting in planning and executing office events and meetings.
Overseeing scheduling and logistics for programs, meetings, and outings for stakeholders across the organization.
Maintaining office and meeting spaces, purchasing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
Working with outside vendors for building and accounting needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
One year experience in the same field.
Excellent communication skills in English.
