University degree is a must
10 15 years of experience in supply chain activities
Lead the Operations Department strategically to maintain the company s short and long-term growth
Provide a high level of strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company s operations
Set the business plan for Operations with all its functions in order to meet organizational plans and goals with agreed budgets and timescales
Supervise and set strategies to increase the utilization of Customer Service Department along with its functions
Ensure optimum application of standard processes by working alongside the wider team to observe compliance with best practices
Provide employee feedback and coaching as needed to achieve required standards/compliance
Interact regularly with Management Team and individual Department Heads to ensure that company s operational priorities are aligned with company direction
Liaise with other relevant functions/areas to provide information and gain support to actions needed
Provide accurate and timely feedback to the CEO including recommending specific actions to achieve/exceed the operational targets
Ensure team s focus on delivering an exceptional customer service
Achieve operational excellence & provide the optimal Customer experience by correctly implementing & following established corporate operational processes
Identify training needs for the team by analyzing operational performance results and by reviewing the performance of the team against key service indicators.
Support the implementation of change within the workgroup by communicating, instructing, monitoring, and measuring defined aspects of the initiative
Develop and maintains an effective network of contacts within the company and work with these contacts at appropriate times to achieve optimum results for the business and its customers
Support the growth and retention of business by working with the Commercial Division to achieve strategic service and revenue objectives
Ensure that all subordinates are conducting monthly check-rides with Ground Couriers
Provide general operational support by performing all related support duties including participating in continuous improvement/expansion initiatives & providing contingency cover, as & when needed
Develop and maintain an in depth knowledge of the company business (system, operations, people, and financial processes etc.) and of the macro business environment (Customer, economic, competitor, social, legislative etc.)
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
High leadership skills, able to manage a team of 200 employees
Ideal candidate has high competencies in adapting to Change ,Professionalism, Self-confidence, Result Focused, Planning & Organizing, Stress Management, Leadership, Communication, Cultural Awareness, Balanced Decision Making, Conflict Resolution, Strategic Thinking &Problem Solving
Age limit: 40 years old
Salary & Benefits :
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
