Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes to streamline workflow and reduce costs, ensuring maximum productivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess operational performance, facilitating data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all operational departments.
  • Manage inventory levels and oversee supply chain logistics, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of goods and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success.

  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) highly regarded for process optimization.

  • Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, Rental) is essential for a nuanced understanding of operations.
