Pre-requisite skills & training:
• Proven experience in marketing and providing customized solutions to the customer in the Power Sector UPS Systems
• Proven experience in closing deals.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier/Client Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Skilled at Action Planning and follow-up.
• Able to lead change and process improvements in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to build strong teams and cultivate teamwork.
• Keen organizational awareness and commitment to developing people.

Duties & Responsibilities:
OVERALL :
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of individual as well as company sales goals and profitability.
Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
Track, collate and interpret sales figures.
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT :
Set individual sales targets with sales team.
Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel.
Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales people.
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
Ensure sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team.
Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Evaluate performance of sales staff.
Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.
Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
TECHNICAL TEAM MANAGEMENT :
Coordinating with the Service Manager in identifying and assigning duties to the technical team for executing various projects.
Analyzing the project progress reports and intervening to solve snags if any.
Ensure technical team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
Evaluate performance of the technical team.
Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
