Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Supervise and support service advisors, technicians, and staff.
Maintain branch cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Monitor cash flow, parts inventory, and cost control.
Track branch performance and submit periodic reports.
Uphold service quality, accuracy, and safety standards.
Approve final inspections before vehicle delivery.
Drive operational improvements and support business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in automotive workshop or service center management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Solid knowledge of car maintenance, repair operations, and workflow systems.
Ability to manage staff, budgets, and customer relations effectively.
Result-oriented with focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Automotive, Mechanical, or Business field preferred.
UAE driving license and local market experience is an advantage.
