The incumbent in the position is responsible to manage all service activities of the outlets ensuring clients satisfaction and adherence to service standards and operating procedures for a delivery outlet.
Leads an effective team including training and development, supervision and performance management in order to ensure clients satisfaction and adherence to service standards
Establishes and reviews the standards of performance, in line with the operating concept of the outlets
Inspects the kitchen area to ensure that the physical facilities and equipment are well kept and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to by liaising with other departments the coordination of the cleaning, maintenance and repairs
Organizes and oversees the delivery process and system used in the outlets to ensure smooth running of operations
Maintains high visibility during delivery services in order to ensure smooth running of operations
Promotes good public relations, takes corrective actions and handles all customer services including customers complaints to ensure their satisfaction
Forecasts covers and revenues and then schedules staff accordingly
Identifies, in conjunction with the CEO, market trends and needs, surveys competition, participates in promotional activities designed to enhance the image and profitability of the outlets
Participates with Executive Chef in developing menus for promotional activities and recommends changes based on clients feedback and demands
Anticipates and maintains all materials and supplies and assures their availability
Controls usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and delivery service equipment
Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and the operating guide and monitors them throughout the year
Controls the outlets P&L and revenues reporting all important information to the CEO
Accomplishes several administrative duties related to the position such as attending meetings, writing reports, maintaining a daily log etc.
