Roles & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: ✨ Oversee daily operations across multiple holiday homes. ✨ Lead and motivate housekeeping and maintenance teams. ✨ Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and ensure top-notch service. ✨ Keep all properties DTCM-compliant and guest-ready. ✨ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners. ✨ Track occupancy, optimize costs, and improve efficiency.
