Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met
Manage and optimize supply chain, logistics, and fleet operations
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
Lead, train, and supervise operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and distribution teams to meet business targets
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Handle operational challenges and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the FMCG industry
Strong background in fleet management and logistics
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and operational planning
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
