Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • TAS Inflow and Outflow Operation Knowledge, Post-Sales Management (Oqood and Customer Service Operations)

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize processes.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

  • Manage budgets and forecast financial performance, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is essential.

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the industry.
