Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
TAS Inflow and Outflow Operation Knowledge, Post-Sales Management (Oqood and Customer Service Operations)
Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Manage budgets and forecast financial performance, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is essential.
At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving operational improvements.
