Operations Manager – On-Site (Jebel Ali Industrial 1, Dubai) Company: Sauna Xperts – Leading manufacturer of luxury saunas & cold plunges in the Middle East Location: Jebel Ali Industrial 1, Dubai Salary: AED 5,000–7,000/month Visa Provided We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to supervise and lead our workshop team on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in manufacturing, craftsmanship, and carpentry. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations at the workshop • Lead and manage a team of technicians and carpenters • Ensure quality control, efficiency, and timely project delivery • Coordinate production schedules and inventory • Report progress and challenges directly to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
• Preferred languages : Urdu, Arabic and English
• Proven experience in operations or workshop management
• Strong background in manufacturing/carpentry/craftsmanship
• Excellent leadership and communication skills • Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Must be currently based in the UAE • Visa will be provided
• Note: Candidates from travel-banned nationalities will not be considered
