Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies while maximizing productivity.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and metrics, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational workflows and ensure compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the operations sector, showcasing a solid track record.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Management demonstrate a commitment to process improvement and efficiency.
  • Prior experience in the specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, or retail) is highly advantageous.
