Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Support and manage operational risk and business continuity frameworks, identify and assess risks, monitor controls, maintain loss records, and ensure BCM/DR readiness. The role also supports audits, regulatory requirements, and promotes risk awareness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Risk Management and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks in line with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and monitor risks using KRIs, RCSA, and loss event tracking.
- Manage the Losses Register and conduct risk and impact assessments, including BIA.
- Develop, test, and maintain BCPs and DRPs, and coordinate BCM drills.
- Review contracts and develop risk and BCM policies and procedures.
- Monitor risk and BCM readiness and report key issues to senior management.
- Deliver risk and BCM awareness and training across the organization.
- Support regulatory reviews, audits, and inspections.
- 5 8 years of total experience.
