Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Schedule and assign cleaning staff to various locations

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely service delivery

  • Communicate with clients regarding bookings and service updates

  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and timekeeping

  • Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain records, reports, and job completion updates

  • Manage cleaning materials and inventory

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years in operations, preferably in cleaning or facilities management

  • Clear and professional in English

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, able to manage field staff, and perform well under pressure

  • Proactive, disciplined, and client-focused

  • With valid UAE Driving License
