Roles & Responsibilities
Perform account opening and account maintenance activities for Retail, Elite, GPB (Islamic and Conventional), and SME Islamic segments
Handle NHL and CCQ data entry in line with operational procedures
Ensure accurate processing of transactions and adherence to internal guidelines
Maintain high-quality standards to support operational efficiency and service excellence
Safeguard financial and reputational integrity by following compliance and control requirements
Support daily operational workflows and assist in meeting business expectations
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a supportive and productive work environment
Contribute to continuous improvement of back-office processes and documentation accuracy
Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion within service-level expectations
Promote a strong team spirit and motivation within the operations unit
