Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform account opening and account maintenance activities for Retail, Elite, GPB (Islamic and Conventional), and SME Islamic segments
- Handle NHL and CCQ data entry in line with operational procedures
- Ensure accurate processing of transactions and adherence to internal guidelines
- Maintain high-quality standards to support operational efficiency and service excellence
- Safeguard financial and reputational integrity by following compliance and control requirements
- Support daily operational workflows and assist in meeting business expectations
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a supportive and productive work environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of back-office processes and documentation accuracy
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion within service-level expectations
- Promote a strong team spirit and motivation within the operations unit
