� Hiring: Operations Coordinator | Abu Dhabi

Kavalier Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

If you have hands-on experience in logistics and customs clearance and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to hear from you.

� What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate import & export shipments (air, sea, land)

  • Manage customs clearance documentation and approvals

  • Liaise with customs, port authorities, and logistics partners

  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

  • Arrange inspections and attend ports when required

  • Identify delays and resolve operational issues proactively

  • Maintain accurate records and support process improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

� What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding/logistics

  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance & port operations

  • Experience with TAMM / ATLP systems (mandatory)

  • Familiarity with Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments

  • Knowledge of Dubai Trade is a plus

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
