Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires, from offer acceptance to first day.
- Manage and maintain employee records with meticulous accuracy, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality across all HR systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, contributing to a fair and compliant workplace.
- Support performance management processes by tracking deadlines, assisting with performance reviews, and providing administrative support.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters, providing timely and helpful responses.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Has 1-3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR support role, showcasing practical experience in HR functions.
- Experience within a technology or fast-paced industry is preferred, illustrating adaptability and understanding of modern work environments.
- Exhibits strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective prioritization and handling of multiple tasks.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a strong foundation for HR principles.
