Operations cum Documentation Officer ASONIC LOGISTICS MIDDLE EAST LLC

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations cum Documentation Officer to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities and managing all shipping and customs documentation processes, ensuring smooth and timely cargo movement. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate import/export shipments (Air & Sea) from origin to destination. Prepare and handle shipping documents: BLs, AWBs, invoices, packing lists, etc. Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs for smooth clearance and delivery. Track shipments and update the status. Ensure timely submission of documents to authorities and clients. Maintain accurate records and filing of all documentation. Follow up on pending documents and support with invoicing. Handle customer inquiries and provide operational support. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding (documentation & operations) Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments. Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 Joining: Will be discussed during the interview
