1. Strategic Leadership

2. Operational Oversight

Ensure end-to-end execution excellence across EPC, mechanical, E&I, and skid-based projects, covering design through commissioning.• Oversee the Construction & Fabrication Yard, ensuring optimized utilization of facilities, manpower, and equipment for onshore and offshore projects.• Supervise fabrication of structural steel, skids, pressure vessels, piping spools, and modular assemblies ensuring compliance with international codes (ASME, AWS, DNV, API).
• Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, schedule adherence, and quality performance in the fabrication yard and field operations.• Drive seamless coordination between the fabrication yard and site construction teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.• Monitor project performance using earned value metrics, highlighting deviations and ensuring corrective measures are implemented.• Ensure each business unit complies with ADNOC, API, and ISO standards for safety, quality, and environmental performance.

3. Resource & Capability Management

• Optimize allocation of manpower, machinery, and yard facilities across all business units for maximum operational efficiency.• Build internal technical capability through certification programs for welders, fabricators, supervisors, and project engineers.• Ensure construction yard readiness with certified lifting equipment, calibration records, and safety certifications.• Approve annual resource and equipment utilization plans for the fabrication yard and construction projects.• Lead manpower planning and competency development for all engineering and field construction teams.

4. Financial & Commercial Management

• Develop, review, and control operating budgets for all business units and the fabrication yard.• Drive cost optimization through lean operations, resource efficiency, and vendor performance evaluation.• Ensure financial targets are met for revenue, margin, and working capital across all operational units.• Oversee pricing, bid reviews, and risk mitigation during tendering and project execution.• Manage capital investments for fabrication infrastructure, heavy equipment, and yard expansion.

5. Contract, Client & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain direct engagement with ADNOC and major EPC clients, ensuring project expectations are met on schedule and quality.• Support business units in claim management, variation orders, and contractual compliance.• Act as a single operational point of contact for major client reviews and audits.• Foster strategic alliances with OEMs, subcontractors, and service providers to strengthen delivery capabilities.

6. Safety, Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Uphold and enforce a Zero Incident Culture across all sites and fabrication yards. Ensure fabrication yard compliance with ADNOC HSE codes, lifting plans, confined space procedures, and hazardous area safety protocols.• Conduct quarterly operational audits and lead root-cause analysis for nonconformities or delays.
  • Introduce digital project dashboards for monitoring productivity, fabrication progress, and logistics.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
