This role will be responsible for all aspects of planning, reporting, forecasting quota and management, sales process optimization, sales development, metrics and sales compensation administration.
• Sales Compensation and Quota Planning.
• Implement an effective and result driven sales plan.
• Plan, design and conduct appropriate selling scheme for each property that fells under his business responsibility.
• Identifying business opportunities in the market-place and building-up an excellent clients relationship is a certain must.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 10 years experience in sales operations or sales management.
• Strong Real Estate background.
• Possess excellent verbal & written communication skill.
• Demonstrates a desire to address customer needs and does so in a professional manner.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Has excellent negotiation skills.
• Has excellent client relationship management (CRM) skills.
• Has hands-on experience in sales function with excellent business sense & knowledge.
