Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What you ll be doing
Onboarding
Schedule and manage merchant onboardings in your assigned area/city.
Train restaurant staff on-site, virtually, and over the phone to ensure smooth adoption.
Account Management & Support
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
Conduct regular visits and mystery shops to ensure staff remain confident in using the product.
Handle merchant queries quickly and ensure a seamless experience.
Process & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and support processes.
Work with regional/global operations and tech teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Product Feedback
Share insights from the field with Product and Tech teams.
Test new features and provide practical feedback to improve functionality.
Desired Candidate Profile
What we re looking for
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
- Valid driving license and access to a car.
- 0 2 years of experience in operations, client-facing, or hospitality roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; analytical mindset is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to hustle to get things done.
- Entrepreneurial spirit excited to contribute to a growing startup and make a visible impact.
